Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich by Chef Genie
Cool down this summer with these Lightened Up Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches! A guilt-free indulgence that’s packed with flavor.
Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich
Serves 9
Ingredients:
3 tbsp | Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix |
9 | Graham Cracker Sheets |
1 cup | Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt |
8 oz | Reduced Fat Whipped Topping |
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine defrosted whipped topping, yogurt, and dry pudding mix.
- Once fully combined, set aside.
- Break graham cracker sheets into squares.
- In a parchment-lined pan, lay down 9 graham cracker squares, top with chocolate mixture, then add the remaining 9 graham squares on top.
- Place into freezer for four hours or until frozen solid.
- Cut into individual sandwich squares and enjoy!
