Chicken Egg Roll in a Bowl
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 tbsp | Olive Oil |
1 lb | Chicken Breast |
1 tsp | Ginger Paste |
1/4 tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |
1 bag | Coleslaw Mix |
3 tbsp | Less Sodium Soy Sauce |
3 tbsp | Teriyaki Sauce |
1 tsp | Hot Chili Sauce |
1 medium | Green Onion |
Directions:
- Sauté diced chicken breast in olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add seasonings and ginger paste. Continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and cook for one minute.
- Top with chili oil and green onions.
- Enjoy!
