Meatless Meals

Hi Friends! Happy March!

As you all probably know, our social media channels are SUPER active! Which we love! It gives us so much joy to see our beloved members interacting, uplifting, and sharing with each other! We also love this outlet because it gives us such fast, accurate information on what you all need, as a resource from us for your weight loss journeys! Between our AMAZING community thread on the app, our Instagram followers, and our super fun Facebook groups; we’ve usually got a pretty close pulse on the Healthi member 411!

That being said, it’s come to our attention that we actually have a larger vegetarian audience than we ever realized. Similarly, we have a pretty large sector of members who are choosing to give up meat for the season of Lent (from March 2nd, through Easter Sunday). With this in mind, we thought it would be helpful to share an extensive list of healthy, filling, and meatless meal options that get us in the mood for Spring!

For those that are new around here, the Healthi App is home to millions (literally…) of awesome original recipes. All of the meal ideas have been pulled directly from the app. Using the exact titles listed below, a simple search in the app will lead you to these recipes to make now or save for later!
