Chef Allie’s Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Serves 2 People

Ingredients

1 HeadCauliflower
2 TbspI Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (Light)
1/2 CupFranks Hot Sauce
1/4 CupFlour
2 TbspDried Parsley
1 TspGarlic Powder
1 TspPaprika
1 TspSalt
1/2 TspBlack Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F. Mix together the flour and spices and set aside. In a bowl, melt the butter and then add the hot sauce (set aside).
  • In a separate bowl, add the cauliflower. Pour the butter and hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and mix well. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower a little at a time until fully coated.
  • Once done, place the cauliflower onto a greased air fryer tray. Spray the top of the cauliflower with cooking spray and air fry for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
