Chef Allie’s Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Serves 2 People
Ingredients
1 Head | Cauliflower |
2 Tbsp | I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (Light) |
1/2 Cup | Franks Hot Sauce |
1/4 Cup | Flour |
2 Tbsp | Dried Parsley |
1 Tsp | Garlic Powder |
1 Tsp | Paprika |
1 Tsp | Salt |
1/2 Tsp | Black Pepper |
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F. Mix together the flour and spices and set aside. In a bowl, melt the butter and then add the hot sauce (set aside).
- In a separate bowl, add the cauliflower. Pour the butter and hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and mix well. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower a little at a time until fully coated.
- Once done, place the cauliflower onto a greased air fryer tray. Spray the top of the cauliflower with cooking spray and air fry for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
