Christmas Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup | Quick Oats |
1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Cocoa Powder |
1/2 Cup | Great Value Peanut Butter Powder |
1/2 Cup | Monkfruit Sweetener |
3/4 Cup | Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
48g | Egg Whites |
1 Tsp | Baking Powder |
2 Tbsp | Instant Espresso Powder |
3 Tbsp | Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup |
Pinch of Salt | |
60 | Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Baking Chips |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place everything besides chocolate chips into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Grease a brownie pan and pour batter in.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove and top with chocolate chips.
- Let cool and enjoy!
