Chef Allie’s Cranberry Jalapeno Dip
Spicing up the Christmas feast with Chef Allie’s festive Cranberry Jalapeño Dip!
Cranberry Jalapeno Dip
Serves 10
Ingredients
16 Ounces | Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese |
1 Cup | Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
Fresh Lime Juice | |
1/2 Tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/2 Tsp | Onion Powder |
Black Pepper to Taste | |
2 Packets | Stevia |
2 | Jalapenos |
1/2 | Small Red Onion |
3/4 Cup | Chef Allie’s Cranberry Orange Sauce (Recipe at chefallieskitchen.com) |
2 | Scallions |
Directions
- Take the cottage cheese and place into a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Cut the red onion into small dice and set aside.
- De-seed the jalapeños and chop into small pieces and set aside.
- Take the whipped cottage cheese and add to a large bowl.
- In that same bowl, add the nonfat Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, black pepper, red onion and jalapeño.
- Mix until combined.
- Place into a desired serving bowl.
- Top with Chef Allie’s Cranberry Orange Sauce.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and more black pepper.
- Enjoy!
