Chef Allie’s Crispy Breakfast Tacos
These tacos are so versatile and will for sure be a hit at your home for breakfast!
Crispy Breakfast Tacos
Serves 1
Ingredients
2/3 Cup | Egg Beaters |
1/8 Tsp | Black Pepper |
4 | Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas |
1/8 Tsp | Salt |
1/2 Cup | Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 Cup | Fat Free Refried Beans |
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 390F. Cook and season your eggs, then set aside.
- Place the corn tortillas down and smear the fat-free refried beans on each half of the tortilla. Add the eggs followed by the cheese.
- Close the tortillas and place on a parchment-lined air fryer tray or basket. Spray the tops of the tortillas and add another basket or tray on top to prevent from opening.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes and remove top tray.
- Continue cooking until golden brown and flip tortillas and brown other side.
- Enjoy once crispy on both sides.
