Chef Allie’s Deluxe Turkey Club Sandwich

I love a good sandwich but it needs to be a MASSIVE one that’ll keep me full and satisfied for hours.

Deluxe Turkey Club Sandwich

Serves 1


1Protein Bun (Royo Bread)
1Light Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
Butter Lettuce
Thinly Sliced Mini Cucumbers
85 gramsKirkland Turkey Bread (thin sliced)
2Center Cut Bacon Slices
1/2Hard Boiled Egg
2 SlicesTomato
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 TbspLight Mayonnaise
1 TspWhole Grain Mustard
1 TspStone Ground Mustard


  • First cook the center cut bacon and hard boiled egg and set aside once done to cool off
  • In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and mustards. Set aside.
  • Toast the bun.
  • Assemble sandwich with the light cheese spread on the bottom half and the mayonnaise mustard mix on the top half
  • Followed with the lettuce, Turkey, thinly sliced red onions, thinly sliced cucumbers, bacon, two slices from the hard boiled egg and topped with tomatoes
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
