Chef Allie’s Everything But the Bagel Chicken Tenders
This recipe was made because of my love for chicken tenders and the everything but the bagel seasoning! Both are awesome so let’s combine them!
Everything But the Bagel Chicken Tenders
Serves 4 People
|2 Pounds||Chicken Tenderloins|
|1/2 Cup||Non-Fat Greek Yogurt|
|1 Tsp||Garlic Powder|
|1 Tsp||Onion Powder|
|1 Tsp||Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix|
|1/2 Tsp||Ground Black Pepper|
|4||Wasa Light Rye Crackers|
|1/4 Cup||Dak’s Everything but-tha Salt Seasoning|
|1 Tsp||Italian Seasoning|
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 375 degrees. In a large ziplock bag or bowl add the non fat greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ranch, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the raw chicken tenderloins. Zip up the bag and massage the mixture into the chicken tenders and set aside. Take a small blender or food processor and place the light rye crackers, Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 salt. Blend until finer consistency.
- Add the Dak’s Everything but-tha Salt seasoning and mix with a spoon. Take the marinated chicken tenders and dip into the crumb mixture, coating all around. Place them onto a greases air fryer tray and cook until internally 165 degrees (about 10-15 minutes). Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
