Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl
|3/4 Cup||Good Culture Cottage Cheese (2%)|
|1||Thin n Trim Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage Link|
|1/3 Cup||Roasted Tomatoes|
|2||Eggs (soft boiled)|
|Everything But the Bagel Seasoning|
- First start by cooking eggs to a soft boil.
- While eggs are cooking, sauté chicken sausage.
- In a bowl add the cottage cheese.
- Place the chicken sausage and tomatoes on top.
- Add the egg and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with scallions and everything but the bagel seasoning.
