Chef Allie’s Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl

I am a big cottage cheese lover and I enjoy it more on the savory side! Plus this is PACKED with protein!

Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

3/4 CupGood Culture Cottage Cheese (2%)
1Thin n Trim Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage Link
1/3 CupRoasted Tomatoes
2Eggs (soft boiled)
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Scallions

Directions

  • First start by cooking eggs to a soft boil.
  • While eggs are cooking, sauté chicken sausage.
  • In a bowl add the cottage cheese.
  • Place the chicken sausage and tomatoes on top.
  • Add the egg and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with scallions and everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Enjoy!
