Chef Allie’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip
I love an easy and delicious cold dip! It makes for a great appetizer at parties or the holidays!
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Serves 8
Ingredients
1 Cup | Aldi Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
1 (16 Ounce Container) | Low Fat Good Culture Cottage Cheese (whipped in a blender) |
1 Cup | Chopped Artichokes |
4 Cups | Fresh Spinach (cooked, cooled, and chopped) |
1 Tbsp | Minced Garlic |
2 Tbsp | Dried Onions |
1/4 Cup | Hot Peppers (optional) |
1 Cup | Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese |
1 Tbsp | Dak’s Green Zest or Italian Seasoning |
1/2 Tbsp | Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning |
Salt to Taste | |
Pepper to Taste | |
2 Tbsp | Grated Parmesan |
Parsley to Garnish |
Directions
- First, blend the cottage cheese in a blender.
- Saute the spinach and set aside to cool.
- Combine everything into a bowl (besides grated parmesan and parsley).
- Pour into a dish of choice or keep in bowl.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then serve.
- Enjoy!
