Chef Allie’s Whipped Ranch Cottage Cheese Toast with Cucumbers
Whipped cottage cheese is one of my favorites so why not use it with sweet or savory snacks!
Whipped Ranch Cottage Cheese Toast with Cucumbers
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 Slice | Sour Dough Bread |
110g | Whipped Cottage Cheese (Blended in a blender to whip) |
1 Tsp | Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning |
1 | Mini Cucumber, Diced |
2 Tbsp | Red Onion, Thinly sliced |
To taste | Salt |
Fresh Dill Sprigs | |
Directions:
- In a blender, add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Mix in the ranch seasoning.
- Toast your bread and add the whipped ranch cottage cheese on top.
- Dice the cucumbers then add them to the toast.
- Thinly slice the onions and add on top of the cucumbers.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with fresh dill and honey.
- Enjoy!
