Bell Pepper Tuna Melt

Serves 2

Ingredients

1/2 TspGarlic Powder
2 SlicesProvolone Cheese
1/4 TspPepper
6 TbspNonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 TspSalt
1Green Bell Pepper
1 CanTuna
1/4Red Onion

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine tuna, greek yogurt, seasonings, and diced onion.
  • Spoon the tuna mixture into a halved bell pepper.
  • Top with sliced cheese.
  • Place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown then serve.
  • Enjoy!
