Bell Pepper Tuna Melt
Serves 2
Ingredients
1/2 Tsp | Garlic Powder |
2 Slices | Provolone Cheese |
1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
6 Tbsp | Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt |
1/2 Tsp | Salt |
1 | Green Bell Pepper |
1 Can | Tuna |
1/4 | Red Onion |
Directions
- In a bowl, combine tuna, greek yogurt, seasonings, and diced onion.
- Spoon the tuna mixture into a halved bell pepper.
- Top with sliced cheese.
- Place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown then serve.
