Chef Genie’s Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers
This is a quick and delicious way to satisfy your cheesesteak craving!
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers
Serves 2 People
Ingredients
2 | Bell Peppers |
1 Cup | Sliced Mushrooms |
1 | Onion (sliced) |
1/2 Pound | Deli Sliced Roast Beef |
1 Tsp | Olive Oil |
2 Slices | Provolone Cheese |
Directions
- Cut bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place onto a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
- In a skilled, add olive oil, onions, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
- Slice roast beef into thin strips and add it to the mushrooms and onions. Sauté an additional two minutes then cut the heat.
- Spoon this mixture into the bell peppers. Top with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes, then serve.
