What Qualifies as a Workout

What qualifies as a workout?

Anything active that elevates your heart rate with intention and preferably a time or rep goal.

Cardio vs Strength workouts
Cardio is great for burning calories, but so is Strength training because lean muscle burns more calories than fat while your body is at rest.

Splitting up the workouts is 100% ok
As long as you are intentional and working to maximum effort during each split. 15 min in the morning and 15 min in the afternoon, is better than just 15 minutes once.
