FITNESS TIPS: Week 8
4th of July Long Weekend
As we head towards the 4th of July holiday, my hope is that many of you will have family, friends, or significant others to enjoy your time with. As with any holiday, it should be a time to create space and engagement with the ones we love.
My tip this week is simple, as you congregate (safely) carve out an extended time slot for a holiday sunset walk after your festive time. It’s a great way to engage and exercise from a distance while creating connectivity with others.
