5 MEDIUM | Scallions (Green Onions) |
1 CUP | Light Mayonnaise |
12 TBSP | Sliced Roasted Almonds |
10 SLICES | Wood Smoked, Original Turkey Bacon |
1 CUP | Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free |
16 CUPS | Broccoli |
1 CUP | Red Onion |
0.33 CUP | Yogurt Dressing, Cilantro Avocado |
1 PEPPER | Peppers, Serrano, Raw |
Directions
- Slightly oven roast your broccoli florets with a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.
- Dice your red onion, green onions, and serrano pepper.
- Bake your turkey bacon to your desired crispiness. Cut up once finished.
- Combine all of the ingredients, and mix well.
