Healthi Lemon Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 CUPS | Kodiak Baking Mix |
2 WHOLE | Eggs |
3 | Large Bananas (Mashed) |
0.25 CUP | Raw Honey |
1 TSP | Baking Powder |
0.25 CUP | Brown Sugar |
2 CUPS | Raspberries |
1 TBSP | Lemon Zest |
1 TBSP | Lemon Juice |
0.25 CUP | Water |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except the raspberries.
- Once the batter mixture is combined well, fold in raspberries.
- Distribute the muffin mixture into greased muffin tray evenly.
- Bake on 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until fully baked depending on your oven.
- Makes 12 delicious muffins!
