Healthi Lemon Raspberry Muffins

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

2 CUPSKodiak Baking Mix
2 WHOLEEggs
3Large Bananas (Mashed)
0.25 CUPRaw Honey
1 TSPBaking Powder
0.25 CUPBrown Sugar
2 CUPSRaspberries
1 TBSPLemon Zest
1 TBSPLemon Juice
0.25 CUPWater

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, except the raspberries.
  • Once the batter mixture is combined well, fold in raspberries.
  • Distribute the muffin mixture into greased muffin tray evenly.
  • Bake on 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until fully baked depending on your oven.
  • Makes 12 delicious muffins!
