Lemon Shrimp Skewers
Shrimp skewers- start to finish these skewers are ready in about 15 minutes and there so delicious.
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
1 Tsp | Salt |
1 Tsp | Olive Oil |
1 Tsp | Garlic Powder |
0.25 Cups | Lemon Juice |
1 Pound | Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp |
0.25 Tsp | Black Pepper |
Directions
- Combine spices, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl to create a marinade.
- Combine the marinade with the raw shrimp. Mix well.
- Place 5 shrimps on each skewer (if using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes prior to using).
- Grill 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
