Parmesan Crusted Chicken- this is a 30 minute meal the whole family will love, pair it with some veggies and you have a delicious meal.
Serves 4 people
|1.5 POUNDS||Chicken Breast|
|0.25 CUP||Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs|
|0.25 CUP||Cheese, Parmesan, Grated|
|1 TSP||Garlic Powder|
|1 TSP||Italian Seasonings|
|0.25 TSP||Black Pepper|
- Cut chicken breast into thin filets and set aside.
- On a large plate, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- Coat chicken very well on both sides in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Spray the tops of the chicken with nonstick spray and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
