Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Parmesan Crusted Chicken- this is a 30 minute meal the whole family will love, pair it with some veggies and you have a delicious meal.

1.5 POUNDSChicken Breast
0.25 TSPPaprika
0.25 CUPItalian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
0.25 CUPCheese, Parmesan, Grated
1 TSPSalt
1 TSPGarlic Powder
1 TSPItalian Seasonings
0.25 TSPBlack Pepper


  • Cut chicken breast into thin filets and set aside.
  • On a large plate, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  • Coat chicken very well on both sides in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place chicken into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Spray the tops of the chicken with nonstick spray and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
