0.25 TSP | Gourmet Salsa, Mild |
2 MEDIUM | Garlic |
3 CUPS | Tomato |
2 TBSP | Lime Juice |
0.5 TSP | Salt |
1 PEPPER | Jalapeno Peppers |
1 TSP | Lime Zest |
0.5 CUPS | Onions |
20 SPRIGS | Cilantro |
0.5 TSP | Black Pepper |
Directions
- In a bowl, add the following: diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and minced jalapeños.
- Mince the garlic and add to the bowl.
- Chop cilantro; add to the bowl.
- Add the zest and juice of one lime.
- Add all seasonings and season to taste with salt and pepper.
