Pineapple Salsa Crockpot Chicken
This is the perfect recipe when you are in need of a quick dinner idea, that you can just throw in the crockpot before leaving for work!
Serves 6 People
Ingredients
1 Cup | Mild Salsa |
1.5 Cups | Pineapple |
1 Tsp | Salt |
1 Tbsp | Taco Seasoning Mix |
2 Pounds | Chicken Breast |
0.25 Tsp | Black Pepper |
Directions
- Place chicken into a slow cooker.
Season with taco seasoning.
Add the salsa and pineapples on top of chicken.
Season with salt to taste.
Set to low and cook for 6 hours.
Keep as is or shred.
