Roasted Red Pepper Soup
This soup is so simple and so comforting!
Serves 6 People
|4 Cups||Chicken Broth|
|0.5 Tsp||Black Pepper|
|1 Can||Roasted Red Peppers|
|1 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|0.5 Cup||Heavy Whipping Cream|
|3 Tbsp||Tomato Paste|
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil for three minutes.Add in tomato paste and sauté an additional minute.
Add in diced roasted red peppers, chicken broth, and seasoning.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cut the heat. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup smooth or place it into a blender and blend it smooth.
Stir in heavy whipping cream and serve.
