Sautéed Veggies and Flank Steak
Sautéed Veggies and Flank steak is one of my favorite meals and it’s always on rotation in our monthly meal planner!
You can eat it as is or put it in a wrap!
It’s super simple to put together, and takes less that 30 minutes!
Serves 4 People
|1 Cup||Yellow Onion|
|1 Tbsp||Avocado Oil|
|0.5 Cup||Broth (any kind you like)|
|3 Cups||Bell Pepper|
|0.25 Cup||Soy Sauce|
|12 Oz||Beef, Flank Steak|
|0.5 Tbsp||Montreal Steak Seasoning|
|1 Tsp||Garlic Powder|
|2 Tsp||Garlic Salt|
- Sauté the onions and bell peppers in the oil for 2 minutes and then add the broth.
- Next add the soy sauce.
- Once the veggies are almost tender, add the flank steak.
- Now, add all of the spices and sauté until the meat is cooked to your liking.
