Healthi In The Kitchen Recipe with Chef Allie
This recipe was a fun TikTok recipe that I lightened up! It’s so easy and so versatile.
Serves 4 People
|1 TBSP||Italian Seasoning|
|2 TBSP||Parmesan Cheese|
|1 TSP||Black Pepper|
|8 OZ||Light Elbow Noodles|
|2 PINT||Grape Tomatoes|
|4 WEDGES||Laughing Cow Light Cheese|
Preheat oven to 400F.
In an oven safe 9×13 casserole dish pour in the tomatoes and garlic.
Spray with avocado oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Make a spot in the center of the tomatoes and place the light laughing cow wedges.
Bake for 30 minutes.
While it’s baking, cook pasta, set aside once done with some reserved pasta water.
Once done baking take a fork and smash the cheese and tomatoes while combining.
Add the pasta, and spinach until wilted.
Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with grated parmesan.
