We’ll walk you through each plan individually and whether or not it might be for you. Then, we direct you to plan-specific resources to help you jumpstart your journey!
It’s probably helpful to explain the general “why” around Healthi and the “what” that we help you do!

A BITE is a Healthi app specific food scoring system that we’ve created and maintained. This system takes a lot of different nutritional values into account to simplify the tracking of foods into a distilled numeric value.

Sugar Smart is a Healthi crowd favorite, and the proof is in the pudding! Or maybe the sugar free gelatin? It, too, is rooted in our BITE count system. However there is a unique formula for concocting a Sugar Smart BITE, just like the other BITE based plans.
As one of the most used weight loss plans, Sugar Smart has a high BITE emphasis on sugary processed foods. Meaning that it will reward you for choosing low sugar, whole foods and dock you for choosing overly processed foods. Sugar Smart gives you the flexibility to choose how you want to spend your BITES which is beneficial for those who don’t have time to cook all their meals at home. Sugar Smart will give you enough daily BITES while guiding you in the direction of healthier eating. To get the most out of the Sugar Smart weight loss plan, it is best to choose foods that are low in added sugar and saturated fat and high in protein.
