Lightened-up Spinach Artichoke Dip by Chef Hibah
One of my all-time favorite appetizers is Spinach Artichoke Dip, but it can be quite high in calories. So, I decided to create my own ‘lightened up’ version!
Lightened-up Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 8
Ingredients:
8oz Block | Fat-Free Cream Cheese |
1/2 Cup | Shredded Parmesan |
3/4 Cup | Mozzarella Cheese |
1/4 Cup | Light Mayo |
1 Small Jar | Artichoke Hearts |
12 oz Container | Spinach |
1 Tbsp | Light Sour Cream |
1 Tbsp | Garlic Salt |
Directions:
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a baking dish, then put it in the oven at 400 degrees F until the sides are bubbling and everything is melted through.
- Enjoy!
