Crisp cucumber filled with creamy goodness and savory smoked salmon, perfect for a refreshing and satisfying bite.
Smoked Salmon Cucumber Boats
Serves 2
Ingredients:
4oz | Sliced, Smoked Salmon |
2 medium | Cucumbers |
8 Tbsp | Whipped Cream Cheese |
5 sprigs | Dill |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |
1 Tbsp | Lemon Zest |
Directions:
- Wash and cut the cucumbers in half, lengthwise.
- Use a spoon to remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and dill.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the cucumber boats, top with the smoked salmon, and then serve.
