Cake Batter Dragon Fruit Smoothie by Chef Jordan ( Cake Batter Dragon Fruit Smoothie by Chef Jordan (@latelywithjordan)Serves 2Carb Conscious: 3 BITES Conquer Cravings: 3 BITES Sugar Smart: 4 BITES Better Balance: 4 BITES Calorie Command: 154 Calories Keeping Keto: 15 Net CarbsINGREDIENTS 1 Carton Premier Protein “Cake Batter Delight” Shake 1/2 Cup Frozen Dragon Fruit Chunks (I use Pitaya brand) 1 Single Container Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla YogurtDIRECTIONS Combine the premier shake and frozen dragonfruit in a blender. Blend until smooth.Using 2 jars or cups (I used 12 oz cups) fill each cup halfway with dragonfruit mixture. Split the container of yogurt between each cup, spreading the yogurt in an even layer. (I like to scrape it up the side of the glass to create a pretty ombré effect)Pour the rest of the dragonfruit smoothie on top. Serve immediately.Enjoy!

Mini Baked Potatoes by Chef Hibah (@lifewithhibah) Mini Baked Potatoes by Chef Hibah (@lifewithhibah)Serves 11Carb Conscious: 2 BITES Conquer Cravings: 1 BITE Sugar Smart: 2 BITES Better Balance: 2 BITES Calorie Command: 59 Calories Keeping Keto: 7 NetCINGREDIENTS 2 small bags of mini potatoes - I use the ones from Little Potato Co 1 Tbsp EVOO 1 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Shredded Cheese 2 Tbsp Light Sour Cream Salt to tasteDIRECTIONS Put your potatoes in an oven safe baking pan.Add the EVOO and salt, then combine well.Bake on 400F until the potatoes are fork tender!Next, carefully cut each potato down the center, being careful not to go all the way through.Next, add a tiny bit of butter, then shredded cheese, tiny dollop of sour cream, and garnish with cut up green onion!Enjoy!

Instant Pot Burrito BowlServes 12 CupsCarb Con Instant Pot Burrito BowlServes 12 CupsCarb Conscious: 4 BITES Conquer Cravings: 2 BITES Sugar Smart: 5 BITES Better Balance: 2 BITES Calorie Command: 170 Calories Keeping Keto: 28.2 Net CarbsINGREDIENTS 1 Taco Seasoning Pack 1 tbsp Ground Cumin 4 cups Chicken Broth 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 can Black Beans 1 cup Jasmine Rice 1 cup Salsa 24 ounces Frozen Corn 2.5 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken BreastDIRECTIONS Add all of the ingredients into your instant pot except the rice and chicken broth.Even out the mixture across the top.Sprinkle the rice evenly on top of the chicken mixture.Pour the chicken broth on top of the rice (make sure all of the rice is submerged under the broth).Cook on high for 10 minutes and then allow the natural release for 5 minutes.Quick release the remaining pressure.Remove the lid and stir to combine all of the ingredients.Enjoy!
