Here we are, friends! Week five out of six! Now, we might be finding you here in your independent journey. Maybe you started this a few weeks after we first published week one. We’re happy to have you, nevertheless.
HEALTHI HABIT #5 – TAKE A MEAL BREAK
Focus on taking a meal break to give your body time to recognize that it’s being fed.
Just like always this week we challenge you with just a small daily habit. This isn’t about seeing how many days you can go without meat, or drinking 3 gallons of water a day. It’s all about small steps that lead to more mindful eating which stimulates better weight loss.
WEEK 5 CHALLENGE
Stop midway, drink a big glass of water and then give yourself 10min.
Track your meal, socialize, let your dogs out, scroll Facebook, just give your body a chance to catch up. Then reevaluate how much more you want to eat and either finish your meal or pack up the leftovers. Teaching yourself to recognize when you’re full is the KEY to this!
