Veggie Kabobs by Chef Hibah
The perfect side for a summer cookout! These veggie kabobs are bursting with flavor and low in calories. They’re a fantastic addition to any summer grilling menu!
Veggie Kabobs
Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 | Bell Peppers (cut in half, then cut each half into 4) |
1 small container | Cremini Mushrooms |
4 | Roma Tomatoes (cut into quarters) |
2 | Red Onions (cut into quarters) |
1 Tbs | EVOO |
1 Tbs | Garlic Powder |
Salt & Pepper | |
8 Wooden Skewers |
Directions:
- Place the cut veggies on the skewers, alternating between the veggies – you can place them in any order you’d like.
- Put the EVOO on the veggies and then the spices listed above. Rub them on well!
- Grill until tender.
- Enjoy!
