Asian Slaw
Asian slaw- this is one of my favorite bbq side dishes! It comes together quickly and it’s so delicious.
Serves 6 people
Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Toasted Sesame Seeds |
1 Tsp | Ginger Paste |
2 Cups | Edamame, Shelled |
3 Tbsp | Apple Cider Vinegar |
1 Medium | Garlic |
0.25 Tsp | Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
0.25 Cup | Honey |
1 Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
0.5 Cup | Onions |
3 Cups | Coleslaw Mix |
Directions
- In a bowl, add onion, edamame, coleslaw mix, and toasted sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger paste, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine dressing and coleslaw mix together.
- Serve immediately.
