Instant Pot Pasta with Meat Sauce
This recipe was formed because it is an easy delicious meal on busy days! It is done in less than 30 minutes making dinner a breeze!
Serves 6 People
Ingredients
2 Cups | Chicken Stock |
2 Leafs | Chopped Basil |
1/4 Cup | Parmesan Cheese |
1/4 Tsp | Salt |
6 Sprays | Avocado Oil Cooking Spray |
1/2 Cup | Onions |
1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
1 Cup | Bell Pepper |
2 Cups | Marinara Sauce |
2 Tsp | Italian Seasoning |
2 Tsp | Oregano |
8oz | Protein+ Penne |
1-1/4 Pounds | Ground Beef 96/4 |
Directions
- Spray the bottom of the Instant Pot with avocado oil spray and add the ground beef.Once browned, add the diced peppers, onions, and seasonings.
Once peppers and onions are tender and translucent, add the marinara and chicken stock.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
Once done, hit quick release and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve and garnish with grated Parmesan and basil.
