Keto Fast Food Guide: Dunkin’ Donuts

It goes without saying that if you’re going to meander into Dunkin’ Donuts while on the keto diet, you’re in for a strenuous exercise in self-control. There’s not a lot for you here and you’re going to need to avoid any and all donuts. My best advice would be to turn around and walk right back out the door and find another restaurant. But, if you must, here are a few things you can order without totally ruining your diet.

  • Black Coffee
  • Americano
  • Espresso
  • Latte or Cappuccino (only if it can be made with heavy cream instead of milk)
  • Hot Tea (unsweetened)
  • Iced tea or coffee (unsweetened)

Dunkin’ Donuts has several breakfast sandwich/wrap options. Of course, you’ll need to forgo the bread. Either order it without, or toss it once you get your order.
